Product Warranty

Products manufactured PLFA are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery to the original user, if properly installed and used. PLFA will either (1) repair or replace at its factory the product or part thereof, or (2) furnish free of charge, f.o.b. shipping point, an equivalent product or part thereof, provided the product or part is returned to PLFA, 4219 Wyndemere Pass, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46835, and found PLFA to contain such a defect within this period.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subjected to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or improper maintenance.

This warranty constitutes PLFA’s entire and only warranty: there being no other warranties, expressed, or implied in law or in fact, including implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, whether arising from statute, common law, custom or otherwise. The remedy set forth in this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy avail- able to any person. PLFA shall not be liable for any direct or conse- quential damages resulting from the use of any PLFA product or services caused any defect, failure, or malfunction of any PLFA product whether a claim for such damage is based upon warranty, contract, negligence or otherwise.

No one is authorized in behalf of PLFA to modify or expand upon its obligation expressed herein.

Returns

If not satisfied, products must be returned within 10 days of purchase date for full refund. Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
